Our Story

 

The name Woolley is inspired by my great-grandma, Jean Woolley, who had a lifelong passion for sewing and fashion. She was endlessly creative, always making beautiful things by hand, and was a much-loved part of our family until she passed away in 2023 at the age of 99.

Her creativity and attention to detail continue to inspire everything Woolley stands for today.

Every bag is carefully handmade to order in Yorkshire, allowing you to choose the colours that reflect your own style. Rather than producing large quantities, each piece is crafted individually with care, making every bag completely unique.
